Cindy is the President of Jaydee Properties and Vice President of Jaydee ElderCare Corporation. She and her husband, Joe, have owned and managed Harvest Guest Home, a retirement assisted living facility in Wisconsin, for 24 years. 

Since 2008, Cindy has been the Treasurer of the Federation of the Philippine American Chambers of Commerce (PACC), and President Emeritus of the Philippine American Chamber of Commerce of Greater Chicago (PACCGC). She served as NaFFAA Illinois State Chair and was a member of the Community Affairs Council to Illinois State Treasurer, Alexi Giannoulias. Cindy was past Treasurer of the Asian American Alliance of Chicago, and former Treasurer and board member of the Boys and Girls Clubs of Chicago.

As a registered pharmacist, she owned Cindy’s Pharmacy for 18 years, until she sold it to Walgreens in 2008. She serves on the Diversity Advisory Council with the University of Illinois College of Pharmacy and the Board of Directors of the University of Illinois College of Pharmacy Alumni Association. 

Active in her local church, Cindy is a member of the parish council of Notre Dame de Chicago Parish. She lives in Chicago’s Little Italy with her husband, Joe D. Flores, Jr., a businessman and advocate.
